Active+ Northland offers expert care and support for physiotherapy needs across Northland. As the business expanded, they faced challenges with numerous manual administrative tasks. They saw an opportunity to streamline and automate their operations and chose to collaborate with Alan.

Together with Alan, they developed a system that automated the generation of buyer-created invoices and the management of provider billing. Previously, the administrative team had dedicated one day each week to manually process paperwork, which led to additional remedial tasks.

By automating these processes and integrating them into their accounting system (Xero), they managed to reduce a time-consuming activity from hours to minutes, freeing up time to concentrate on growing the business.
