The creation of a bespoke ERP system to manage the daily operations of a manufacturing business was undertaken. This system automated several factory processes and provided self-service capabilities to customers. It integrated with third-party systems, including Xero for automating invoicing, purchase orders, and stock management; Power BI for business insights and reporting; and Azure AI for forms recognition.

Arna
Developed a platform to manage the processes surrounding clinical invoicing, which includes the automated creation of buyer-generated invoices and tracking the billing requirements of individual providers. Integrated with Xero for purchase orders and billing, and Power BI for analytics.

Developed a new SaaS solution from scratch to assist window furnishing retailers, automating the majority of tasks within the sales cycle and cutting down the time required per sale from over two hours to approximately 15 minutes.
